most of the ebay listings say that! i know amiibos are read/writable - i wonder if it matters whether a card has been scanned or not

Maybe for some that can save data it matters, like the wolf link one, but I don't think it matters much for animal crossing ones... I feel like maybe they just use a template for their listing depending on their quality idk...

I don't believe the amiibo cards are actually writable, like i vaguely remember this from like the amiibo site where Nintendo was trying to tell consumers why TF to get the figures over the cards There's no technological reason why they couldn't make them writable ofc
