I'm afraid that's not really possible. The first 3 notes are an Eb, D, and Db, that's 2 half steps in a row. You can't do this with the diatonic scale (the scale that animal crossing tunes use) this is also why you can't quite re-create megalovania in it either

Unfortunately since Animal Crossing only uses the C major scale, you can't have more than one half step in a row between notes, and this theme starts off with chromatic notes down. You could try repeating a note, but it won't sound quite like the original.
