If you're asking about the second photo it's the control panel for the original arcade game "Monkey Ball" released in 2001. Easily the most expensive item in my collection.
and is that NAOMI disc on the shelf the GD-ROM from the actual arcade game? this is the coolest thing i've ever seen hahah

Yeah I actually own two Monkey Ball GD-ROMs. The first I bought independently the second came along with the control panel and artworks etc. I do have even more Monkey Ball stuff not in these photographs haha.
