https://www.thewindowsclub.com/increase-page-file-size-virtual-memory-windows … First guess would be to look at how big of a page file you have provisioned and go from there
i did that first! got a 22GB page file on a 1TB hddpic.twitter.com/X2ZdbrFIpN
it is correct. virtual memory is an operating system abstraction used to enable (among other things) using more memory than your system physically has
??????????? what da fuck
thats correct, its including page files, page files are basically hard drive RAM, so if your real ram is exceeded, or if your computer hibernates, your RAM is written to a page file, so 128 TB is your theoretical limit
but i only have a meager 1 TB hard drive on this whole damn system
Actually it's trilobytes, which are smaller and older even than bits.
it's actually right and you just didn't know
In other words, your PC has 47bits [or (1024^4 * 128)-1 bytes] of virtual memory!
