help me out here: didn't Sega explicitly say they wanted to remake Super Monkey Ball 1 + 2, but team members were pulled onto finishing Yakuza 7 so they remade Banana Blitz instead? (i could've sworn i saw that somewhere, but i can't find it now)

I know they ask about super monkey ball in their customer surveys that they sometimes put out with game releases. They say like "Which franchises would you be interested in" or something, so they certainly might be interested in a remake of 1 or 2 or even a new game...
