hey, if i wanted to add a short 30-second clip to an hour-long video encoded in h.264...
is there a way to do that without spending 80 minutes exporting the whole entire video in Premiere all over again?

shit, actually - i found the avidemux setting to use the mp4 muxer. was terrified it would just recompress the entire thing, but it's going lightning fast... i think we're okay...?!?pic.twitter.com/zrP8b0wXyF

looks like this might be useful https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/334017-Exporting-MP4-with-Avidemux … you can also use ffmpeg to move it to an mp4 encoder without re-encoding. although can't help much bc at a restaurant in a LTE dead zone (cupertino california)

(i'm sliding in an extra 30-second clip near the end but BEFORE the annotation end slate, so it's sadly not just straightforward concatenation)
