If you really wanna know, you should seal them in a plastic bag, a foil pack, and then stick it in one of those cooler lunchboxes. The insulation will keep it warm.

Side thought: I don't know the plane-legality of this, but sticking of those long lasting hand warmer bag things in the lunchbox could be next level.
