I'm only mentioning this because I made the same mistake and got corrected on reddit: Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars has been the closing song of the J-version of TH since Ep. 1 of BxGND. It's the only piece of music used in every episode and all series.

Neither had I. It's even weirder now that they moved B&GITC to the international version on Netflix Japan sometime last year which ends on Lights Follow, and so the original J-soundtrack is not available anywhere online any more AFIAK.
