@Babylonian I've obtained the Japanese ROM for Rusty. I wanted to see if there was any redesigns to Pappy or if I could find his Japanese name to search on the internet to see if he has been mentioned before. Now here's the thing, I have no idea how to get the .cia into Kuriimu.
