i genuinely hate being cynical, so i'm gonna say 1 nice thing about the Detective Pikachu trailer: i enjoyed the part where Pikachu said "hell." also Machamp looked good

i think in the first trailer Detective Pikachu says "god" or "jesus" or something, which raises some equally troubling questions
