DDR players: what’s the best way to track DDR sessions with an Apple Watch? i’m trying one out for the first time and wondering what the activity equivalent would be… “high intensity interval training”? “stair stepper”?

for sure!!! i saw someone say to keep it in your pocket, but the watch calibrates itself based on your heartbeat so keeping it close to your skin is the best way to get an accurate result of heart rate/ calories expended
