no one talks about it, but Xbox One back-compat is so good. never expected we’d reach a point where Microsoft cares more about video game preservation than Nintendo

there was like a 15-year stretch where every piece of Nintendo hardware had backwards compatibility out of the box now, if you ask nicely and pay them $4 a month, Nintendo might let you play some doodoo NES games. what happened, lol

If I’m not mistaken, xbox one for a time had more N64 games emulated on it than wiiu. Currently has more than switch.

heck, even sony did better. Buy a 60+ hour ps1 rpg ONCE for ~$10 And play it on ps3,psp,vita,pstv! and you can transfer your saves between consoles, AND even back them up to your PC!
