Great story. Probably one of the more easily-understood pieces on Neuromatrix Theory. Also, re: Sarno...he’d have argued that there was a ton of scientific rigor in his approach. That’s why it works so well. I’m one of many who healed from reading a couple books.

Well, that's one theory. Maybe it will be the answer. My money is on advances in understanding low level systemic inflammation changing how we think about THAT. Possibly the reason old ppl feel aches and pains but don't need CBT. Just a thought.
