mostly just want to understand how they work more clearly/ what it means that more and more genetic data is available for this sort of thing/ and how consumer genetic companies might misuse the results of these studies

So that is a weakly powered GWAS - very few ways it could used to predict anything. (Snake oil sales aside.) Educational attainment and height have some predictive power.
