Hey, these change are for new/pending applications. The channels which are already monetized will not be impacted with the new update. Hope that helps clarify!
BS! read the email @TeamYouTube I got same one and it states if your channel doesn’t have 1000 subs / 4000 hours watch time they are removing monetisation and no longer eligible.
