And Trump wants to cut food stamps

At one time, a minimum wage American worker could live on one paycheck and provide for their family. What really happened? The dwindling unions? Bought and sold U.S. politicians giving bigly and yuge tax breaks to corporate welfare kings?

I am there today! Paycheck, daughter, between car, shelter and now hotel! I can’t pay any bills because of the daily cost of a hotel! Prayers for this family and all of us!

And there's a bill in that stack on McDonnell's desk for a $15 min wage that he REFUSES OBSTINATELY to bring to the floor. @senatemajldr Just plain NIGGARDLY of him..

it's not just farm workers and lower paid workers who are suffering in the extreme housing madness in california.

Just over ten years ago I made a decent middle class income as a copywriter for a small non-profit. Today, larger for profits want to pay barely over minimum wage while demanding more requirements and skills.
