They should have wholeheartedly supported a flourishing NHS that could deal with emergencies; neglecting it so badly that an emergency unit is needed for the NHS is the failure of serial self serving mediocrities.

How are the management to blame? They have a budget set which is unfortunately to low to run the services required it’s not the NHS staff that are to blame for cuts, lack of beds or services it’s the government

And sometimes no Child & Adolescent MH bed either. On our way to resolving this but there is no silver bullet.

Sometimes no CAMHS bed? I'd say from bitter experience, there are very rarely CAMHS beds!
