Great job by student and lab member Izzy Garza at today's symposium. While the results of the study aren't super interesting (yet), she's leading the way for us using SPM to evaluate the entire gait cycle instead of just the peaks. Way to go, Izzy!

The poverty lab and their trial-based research approach to discovery in how to change systems has been an inspiration to many, including me. Phenomenal to see this group of leaders win the Nobel. Read this profile of Esther Duflo for more:

Great job and team. The high prevalence of "pathology" in asymptomatic athletes is important for us to understand. And it is the argument for calling these things "imaging findings" as they may not be pathologic at all.

For people like me who like algorithms, especially for making decisions about what opportunities to say yes / no to, this is a great place to start.

Not our typical cameras in lab today. We took a break for some photos of student Kerri Graber and mentor for an upcoming issue of 's Inside Sargent. The article will feature Kerri's DPT practicum project on walking with a kettlebell unilaterally.
