And because some people wouldn't know what rating their video would be, you could add a guide telling what content/words would fit into what rating. If they don't want to choose, they would select ’Not rated’ or leave it at that as it would be the default option selected. (Cont.)

Then, the rating could be visible right above the description, just to let people know if the content isn't appropriate for them or others. An optional extra feature you could add is the option to send it to YouTube and let them review the video and choose the rating. (Cont.)
