I asked in the community and a youtuber said that I can only go to a lawyer. The clips I use belong to the guys. it is not my property :/
You can file a copyright takedown notice, but be mindful that this can go as far as to court. In my situation, I was younger and newer to YouTube, so I wasn't really the smartest in decision making, but luckily, things worked out for me.

I'd say, in your situation, just ignore them, especially since they're a smaller channel. Maybe make a YT post and explain the situation, but other than that, just don't do anything.
