I asked in the community and a youtuber said that I can only go to a lawyer. The clips I use belong to the guys. it is not my property :/

Ah, I thought that if you edited the clips, it would be yours bc of fair use, but fair use states: “Fair use does not extend to fan edits or the re-purposing of copyrighted comment beyond parody or commentary.”

Wow. Well, I’m sorry this has happened to you. Hmm.. well, it doesn’t seem like we may be able to do much. Does the reupload have more views? If not, then just ignore. If they reupload more videos from you, then screenshot it and report it once more to YouTube.

I mean, from the looks of their channel, it looks like they just want quick views. Their bio is misleading, and their titles are "clickbait-y". I had a similar issue with another k-pop channel back in 2017 when my channel was much smaller, and someone stole my compilations...

They didn't credit me, and they took from my friends as well. They had a bigger channel at the time as well. I was able to take them down by striking, although I do admit, legally I wasn't in the right to do so because neither of us owned the content.
