My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

Most here will not look at the fact that Boudins father is 76 YO & has shown a good track record of remorse & redemption while spending 40 years in prison. He also did not personally kill anyone, he was in a transfer vehicle. People age out of crime & can change.

40 years for intentionally killing three people isn't nearly enough.

He didn’t personally kill them. He wasn’t on-site where the murders happened. How can you control what others do? 40 years for that was too long. 20 would’ve been more appropriate.

LOL! Making excuses for murders is fun. Charles Manson never personally killed anyone either. Neither did Adolf Hitler.
