No, because many of those things are objectively harmful or directly violate someone's rights in some way, which should be against the law, whereas something as loosely and selectively defined as "hate speech" cannot be objectively harmful and only accomplishes censorship.

If it's a credible threat, objective harm can be prevented. Same with direct incitement to violence. But these need very specific criteria or else people will abuse them, which already happens quite often, so it is a difficult law to enforce.
