    Yahoo! have confirmed they have fixed the problem stopping some BT Yahoo mail customers accessing their emails by an app or client. Sorry again for any inconvenience this has caused.

    We still have problems stopping some customers logging into their BT Yahoo email by an app or client. We’re working with Yahoo! to get this fixed asap. There are no issues with webmail so you can access your emails by going to

    We are aware of an issue which may be stopping you logging in to your BT Yahoo email by an app or a client. Webmail is unaffected and you can log in at . We are working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience.

    Please check that any DM you receive from us actually comes from BTCare, not another account. The screen name may say BTCare, but under that you’ll see the Twitter id. We’ll never ask you to verify your identify with your credit card info.
