        Absolutely. However that to a large degree is a myth created by Indian- Afghan-US nexus. To a certain extent true to the extent that these elements have to be weeded out & does not happen overnight Pakistan has been the biggest casualty. 1)

        The porous border with Afghanistan that's being wired and will be mined and manned is a step in right direction. Afghan refugees need to return to their homeland ASAP. 2)

        The irony is most terrorist are found and still operate around main cities and next to GHQ installations. Making refugees scapegoat does not hide the fact support terror is part and parcel of Pakistan's foreign policy.
