Thanks for the reply, but we uploaded the video in 1080p, not 4K. It’s been online for 48 hours now and we’ve never had this problem before. Also when we first uploaded the video, the quality was at 1080p for at least a few hours. I hope there’s a fix for this.

We've checked on your video again and the video quality now is defaulted to the 1080p. Let us know how if it shows this as well on your end.

1080p is an option. But when we try to change it to that, the quality remains the same. For some unknown reason after a few hours of uploading the video, the quality had dipped and there is just no way of getting it back?
