When you say "hang" do you mean "Just doesn't load pages, but app otherwise fine" or do you mean "Renders the process unresponsive"?

The driver issue I had (possibly something around UDP handling/QUIC maybe?) only affected Chrome; IE/Edge worked okay.

FWIW, I also noticed that having many GMail tabs open (to same account) seems bad sometimes closing all GMail tabs helps Chrome function.

(This latter thing with many GMail tabs is a multi-year problem, and probably a separate thing.)
