so I went for another run, and 5km is fine, but I do it in 30mn which is my old rhythm. So I should do something else for 30mn, right?

Just run another 5K! If you went out and just ran 5K in 30 minutes then you're probably just a few weeks away from running 10K in ~60 min.

I did 15 @ 5K over 3 weeks, 2 @ 7K, 1 @ 9K, and now running 10K 3 times per week regularly. (I also do a CrossFit-like thing 3x per week.)
