I just went for a run, for the first time in years. 11km in 1h30. Please convince me it is a good idea to continue, because my feet disagree
I did 15 @ 5K over 3 weeks, 2 @ 7K, 1 @ 9K, and now running 10K 3 times per week regularly. (I also do a CrossFit-like thing 3x per week.)
