I tried that last week and it was too much. I’ll binary search the right length :)

I did 15 @ 5K over 3 weeks, 2 @ 7K, 1 @ 9K, and now running 10K 3 times per week regularly. (I also do a CrossFit-like thing 3x per week.)

The first 5k is definitely the hardest. I run 10k twice a week and I run half marathons twice a year, not hard to ramp up.
