@spun_off I see ASLR, zeroing memory (memset_s or otherwise), CFG, and many other things as anti-security features, increasing complacency.

@BRIAN_____ @spun_off A memory safe language will have memory corruption bugs in low-level code and the compiler so ASLR is still important. -
@BRIAN_____ @spun_off And ASLR is actually more useful when you have memory safety because it's much harder to accidentally leak addresses. -
@BRIAN_____ @spun_off Sanitizing data is also more generally applicable. For example, SQLite's SECURE_DELETE isn't about memory corruption.
