And BTW: ISP tracking programs are entirely defeated by more HTTPS. We don't need a 100% HTTPS web to make the programs not worth operating.
@BRIAN_____ While I'm not a TCP/IP expert, that seems harder to pull off at scale and far less valuable.
@konklone I agree they'd prefer the header-based approach, if not for HTTPS.
