The law needs to change so Absentee Ballots are counted as they come in! Who do I speak to about this?

it's actually better that Absentee Votes aren't counted as they come in because it gives people a chance to change their mind if they vote absentee, then a dramatic change occurs in the race between the first day of Absentee Voting, and Election Day.
