Nice, but I am not sure how to interpret this. What do the colors represent? I see words, like "Elevated", "Moderate"... but not sure what they mean.

They seem more intuitive than a number... I recall NOAA had years of social science work go into this product before it went live in 2015.

Great data for the public, but they could definitely be presented in a more accessible way. I had to search for the small font of Wind, Surge, etc on each plot. Maybe a small pic/gif of each phenomena in the SW corner? And a big RISK above it all.
