BMW has not entered into a cooperation/partnership with CarVertical. The company is using our BMW CarData interface available to any third party.

What do you mean? This is what your CarData T&C says “a contractual relationship is established between the operator and the user for access to and use of the contents”. This is what I call a partnership, no?

I have and I did not see a tweet from BMW confirming the partnership with vechain is any different. Please provide a link to such a tweet if it exists. According to my research it does not exist and the "partnership" is similar to the CarVertical one.
