Injunctions from federal district courts in California, Oregon, and Washington, stopped the agency from enforcing a rule implementing Title X. Title X is the only federal program designed to ensure people receive family planning care and counseling.
Trump's rule prohibits a Title X grant recipient from performing, promoting, referring for, or supporting abortion as a method of family planning. It also requires physical separation of abortion and all other services offered by grantees.
The decision gives the Trump administration a victory in a court he has criticized as being too liberal. All three of the panel’s judges, Edward Leavy, Consuelo M. Callahan, and Carlos T. Bea, were appointed by Republican presidents.

It isn’t Christianity. I’m sorry, but Christians do not use the legislation of a civil government to achieve a spiritual goal. We should act so that people know we are Christians by our love. Forcing our will on others isn’t that.
