@BIPOC_Bookshelf I asked my kids to name MG or YA series in which the MC is a BIPOC. They could barely name one. That is messed up. The voices, the stories, they are out there, and it's up to people like me to get them in the hands of kids.
It’s not too late to get diverse stories in your children’s hands! Support BIPOC stories by purchasing in general, preordering titles, shopping local/indie booksellers, shopping through BIPOC bookstores, and or even request BIPOC stories through your local library. You can do it!
