There needs to be ballistic reports on every single bullet. Those cops should be charged with murder, attempted murder and endangering the public. Everyone involved should be fired immediately.
I have never seen a ballistics analysis to match bullet to shooting police officer. Even for suspected friendly fire incident. As a last resort they will claim they don't know who used what gun.
In an alternative they could have -gotten UPS's GPS info for that vehicle -not chased at all -send civilian cars WITH COPS AND ONLY COPS to where the truck stops -Put the jewlery on the 'stolen list' just in case.
Also the store was probably insured. So this death and shooting was so that 1 company (that collects premiums) doesn't have to pay another company a portion of the stolen amount back. It's literally nothing. It's nothing. a little blip of cash from one wealthy company to another
