It's called story-telling and populism, far more dangerous than "just" lies. It already lead the world to WWII. You guys in the US should really wake up in November...

This is the problem- his base reads his words as gospel. They don’t even have the skills to read your chart.

Not just the base, how about GOP. Didn't he say republicans were stupid people, I was offended then bec I thought I related better to GOP but simply can't take the lies and criminal actions, intents any longer. They are just way beyond crooked.

If djt couldn’t lie we’d never hear him speak. Too bad we can’t get one of those dog shock collars on him to automatically zap him every time he lies. He’d be electrocuted within the first few minutes.

He doesn't care if what he says is true. He knows whatever he says will be taken as fact by about 38% of Americans and it will give another 50% of them an aneurysm trying to dispute it. This is America today. And, it seems much of the Western world. Thanks, Putin.

What is scarier than him lying constantly is that there are millions of voting Americans that either fall for it or look the other way and still support him 100%. These people are teachers, politicians, policemen, dentists, etc. what does this say about our nation?

The closest I can get is that it's almost the first time this century (i.e. since 2000). Anyway these are two different measures, comparing them in this way makes absolutely no sense.

The Bush administration lied on a regular basis. The fact that their lying does not match Trump’s manic mendacity should not be a reason to minimize or forget that history.

The important thing here is that the relationship between GDP and Unemployment Rate is not tightly coupled. Call it lying with statistics. Trump doesn’t understand statistics but he excels at lying.
