On that basis there are so many we could boycott. Amazon,Boots,Google,Sports Direct,Gap. Apple, Starbucks, Vodaphone, etc

Not at all, a legal business that brings about lower cost options and adds variety for the consumer isn't a bad thing. Your choice.

By that argument you could remove all worker's holiday & sick pay & provide a cheaper product for the consumer.

But do cab firms provide sick pay and holidays for the drivers anyway? U rent vehicle and have to pay even if u get no fares.
