The UN says it's giving $45 million in emergency funds to Afghanistan, in the hope of preventing the collapse of the country's health-care system. It says the injection of cash will keep basic healthcare facilities operating until the end of the year.

We thank them for their sincere aid. I would request the UN health services commission to provide this aid under their supervision with strict oversight. Taliban don't have credible capital in public. Many fear aid could roll as salaries to their fighters. Taliban fighters beg

Unless they've created an alternative disbursement system, does anyone seriously believe that this $45 million will go anywhere but into the pockets of the Taliban?

True. Reliable source says that Taliban force local residents across provinces for paying them for fuels and food for their fighters. Taliban can't afford to pay for the food of their fighters how come they fairly spend this amount in medical care. The UN must oversee themselves

Reports flow in of Taliban's forced demand for food and fuel for their vehicles from poor people in provinces which can't be reported. Salaries of Gov officials haven't been paid yet as many officials tend to quit jobs for no payment of their salaries. The UN must oversee aid.

Agree, aid must be linked to KIPs achievements.
