Poor people of Afghanistan - they've been only suffering since Soviet proxies took over in the 70s till today .... They deserve better - however with everyone meddling in their affairs they're a long way away from any respite from suffering.

Thanks for your informative reports. The situation is clearly very dangerous and changing quickly. Please stay safe because the Taliban have a "thing" about educated and forthright women. As for me, I feel ashamed of the UK, US and Nato and am very worried for the Afghan People.

Not sure if the whole city has fallen but the Taliban didn't take it over the last time they were the majority political power in Afghanistan 1996 - 2001 so don't give up on old Khan yet he is a leader & a fighter who has Iran's backing
