You can’t prove a negative. He could have agreed, if totally innocent, to invite the FBI to investigate. He chose not to. Why not? It would have resolved the issue.

The proof would be revealed if the FBI were asked to investigate Judge Kavanaugh has declined to invite them to investigate. Why? If he’s innocent this would clear up all further questions.

Why should he? It’s her responsibility to prove guilt first. That is suppose to be the American way, you know. Innocent until proven guilty. He hasn’t been proven guilty.

You’re still talking as if this was a court of law. It’s a job interview! If he is to be appointed as a Supreme Court Judge for the rest of his life, he must be above reproach. Think about it. If he has guilty secrets, could he be blackmailed? Think ...

Sad you can’t have intelligent debate when it’s you Susan that is incorrect. Picture treating your boss how he treated the Senators. Also, doesn’t everyone know that answering a question with a question is a childlike way of evading the question. “I don’t know but do you???”

Accused of being a rapist without evidence, witnesses, or any sort of corroboration whatsoever. A man who has been through 7 FBI checks throughout his life of service, and has been upstanding the each and every time. He's damn right to be disgusted with these sick fucking people.

I'm not saying he's guilty. I'm saying he's unfit for the job. The American Bar Association made a statement last night saying to delay his appointment. They're literally the experts. It's bizarre to see our representatives disregard that, assuming they know better.

This is not a court of law, it’s a job interview. If someone applies for a job, their background is looked into - the more senior the position, the more carefully they are checked. Kavanaugh could have invited the FBI If innocent, he has nothing to lose, everything to gain.
