Is this it? In this 2004 study, the overall rate for 5-15 year-olds in 2004 was - 8.3% in Scotland, 10.1% in England! Only stat sig change from 1999-2004 was in Scotland - emotional disorders down from 4.6% to 2.5%. Atrocious across the board. Was seen in October for an initial assessment with my cpn. I have heard absolutely nothing from my cpn or mental health team since then. Disgusting and unacceptable.
