What a joke. The government are complaining about a situation that they have allowed to happen through the way academies have been organised. How on earth are these people managing to pay themselves £500k when schools are cutting support staff and other resources?

LOL! "The government said all trusts operated under a strict accountability system." #Tories privatise public services and come out with the same old platitude about accountability when profiteering takes place. #NHSCrisis #PublicSector #Education #justicesystem

"senior staff". Two words which sum up hundreds of millions of pounds of wasted taxpayers' money across ALL areas of public service: money which could fund thousands of front-line staff.

This is what happens with no local govt oversight -school management love it because they can pay themselves what they like while students and classroom teachers suffer -this is free marketisation if education

That always happens when things are privatised. Do the Tories care? No, it's their mates in charge.
