As a woman & the mother of 3 daughter's it makes me feel so much better to know that we can be made to feel degraded & uncomfortable at work as long as the perpetrator apologises later. Thank you for that @theresa_may

So May can’t afford to sack another perv so she keeps his job for the good of her government and not the country. Sound familiar!

Oh come on of course he didn’t break the code, somebody show me where it says “you are not allowed to send staff to buy sex toys”. See no rule broken, other than morality.

Is it acceptable for your work boss to call you "sugar tits," and force you to go out and purchase sex toys for him? Suppose it had been a male Head Teacher demanding that his female secretary had to do that and that he also kept calling her "sugar tits"? Sackable behaviour.

Of course it’s sackable unless you have a wafer thin majority then pretty much anything goes

He should still stand down as an MP. Absolutely disgusting creature, no respect for women.

So there is no actual mention of sending your assistant to buy vibrators in the Ministerial Code. How remiss of them.

MPs continue to show how poor role models as with expense claims, the Mp may have been cleared but as usual show how the lack insight into there actions. Let’s start getting some normal people into power and not the usual public schoolboys

Hey, why on your news app does the headline to Danny Shaw’s story imply that Green was toppled by cops with a grudge? Clicking on it puts a slant on it, that he may be to blame himself. The actual story then explicitly says ***he can only blame himself***! Why spin the headline?

Can’t believe the lack of coverage of his I didn’t intend to cause offence statement. How can an actual grown up think his remarks wouldn’t cause offence? Are Tories that arrogant?

2/2 So we elect these guys and pay them to order sex toys during work hours and to add insult to unjust have members of staff go and fetch them for them!! How is it people think a simple apology fixes these things and they can just carry on with life as if nothing ever happened!
