Not just Doctors and Nurses who are at crunch point. Lots of other staff, who aren’t seen as being important, are more stressed and diminishing in numbers as ever. So sad.

Hospitals do not run with just Drs and Nurses although they are all brilliant. The support/admin staff in hospitals never get mentioned. They too are at breaking point.

Strange. The BBC has been telling us for years that increasing the number of patients in the country was good for the NHS.

He views his job as destroying the NHS in preparation for privatisation. By that definition he is doing a great job.

When our nurses aren't satisfied with this, we need to rethink and work on our NHS.

The nhs is overstaffed and inefficient. I’m all for the staff being well paid, but they need to be better managed and more competent. And calling it our nhs implies we are all supporters of it. We’re not.

Very true. Except its only in the last couple of year that services - including several A&Es, have been shut down due to inability to recruit and retain NHS staff.

Only because we have allowed millions of immigrants in, not allowing British staff to cope.

We the staff don't, no. The nurses can make do with food back vouchers, and as a doctor I make gazillions. But it would be nice if funding matched that of other 1st world countries. Might mean people getting beds and not queueing in ambos for 6hrs.

For sure Drs,nurses etc are valued. Big pharma robbing the NHS blind. Preferred supplier scheme needs looking at.
