Completely disagree, if couples want to be together and have their assets divided, then they should marry. Unfair that unmarried couple should have equal rights. There needs to be some protection on individual assets

They just need to draw up a deed of trust with a solicitor. Family law is an outdated farce, unfortunately i learnt the hard way

If you don't want to marry, then live alone! Nonsense cohabiting, what's that? Titanium?

It's when 2 adults agree to live together as they feel that marriage is outdated concept created by a patriarchal society

Its time to change this mindset! If two adults love themselves and agree to live together, why don't they finish the process? What are they scared of? If you love me for real and want to be with me then take me to the altar if not let me go! Marriage cements love and put confide

Civil partnerships should be open to all who do not want matrimony (and its patriarchal & ownership history) as is possible in France e.g.

Thanks for sharing. Family Law in its entirety should be overhauled. It is archaic, non-responsive and boasts being in the better interest of involved parties. Thats BS. It's helpful to the slimebag lawyers who lie and encourage clients to do the same, just to WIN. I have proof!!

"Yvonne" is Yvonne Dietz the model for Specsavers campaign earlier this year - it's a bit of a coincidence or is something else going on ?
