Not surprised that ticket sales are declining, double the price it used to be and even less of a chance of winning any money, let alone a decent amount of money.

Hi, I'd like to assure you that we've created 144 millionaires and awarded £1,861.8 million in prize money in just six months - which is amazing! Plus, I also just wanted to mention that your overall chances of winning a prize on Lotto are now 1 in 9.3 instead of 1 in 54! ^D
-
That is idiot math. You have killed the lotto draw. Added raffles (because you killed the draw & had to, to encourage paripation in your even-longer odds lotto game) & added silly lucky dip wins, which you now claim increase your odds of winnig! But so long as you make profit eh?
-
Hi, I'm sorry that you feel this way. I'd like to assure you that profit is the last thing on our mind and before we decided to make any changes to Lotto, extensive market research was conducted through our Player Forum and members of the general public. ^D
-
Did your market research allude to reducing the 5+bonus prize to 80k ... with no rollover so that prize pool on some draws with multiple winners pays less than your silly £20k raffle? I remember 5+bonus being a big pot in the past... you robbed that. But not in the Euromillions.

I know someone who won 1.25 million for 5+b when it was £1 what happened to those days

When the
@TNLUK stops becoming a fix, then maybe people would play more. -
Hi Jamie, I'd like to assure you that it's not a fix! In fact, all of our draws are carried out in front of independent adjudicators and auditors to ensure the accuracy and fairness. ^D
-
The draws could be carried out in front of KPMG. Doesn't stand for anything. The big PC picks the numbers and assures what no's are most definitely NOT coming out. Explains why getting two no's the same on two separate lucky dips is almost guaranteed!!
-
Coincidence? I think not. Treating Joe public with contempt.

I'll start playing the lottery again, when we have full transparency and you bring back on of these! Hope sales continue to decline. You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.pic.twitter.com/JBc6GGCi4S

No surprise sales have dropped they've
@TNLUK upped the price and added more numbers to make it less likely to win.@HealthLottery is much fairer -
Hey Rory, I'd like to assure you that we’re planning to make improvements to the game next year and are currently testing a number of possible game options! ^D

Worrying change of tac. Public may be loosing confidence as a win of a free ticket and reduced odds of Jackpot winner causes questionable management of benefits
