This report is total rubbish. Parents have a responsibility to ensure their children are fed, many go hungry because they can't be bothered

Can't afford to have kids? Don't have them. Simple
-
Kids only for the rich then?
-
Tell me why people should pay taxes to support someone else's child?
-
Having kids is a basic human right. There are many reasons why people may not be able to support their family. But not fair to deny them.
-
Sure, ECHR protects that right, but doesn't mean you should. It's not fair on others to have to support that choice.
-
I'm happy that my tax supports the health & welfare of others less fortunate. If I fall on hard times I hope others feel same

Three million children at risk? School holiday hunger? Total rubbish and another fake story from BBC. Next you'll say 25% kids mentally ill.
